Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue goals.
- Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Customer Services:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer needs.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
