Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Sharjah Office - UAE National ONLY



Main Responsibility:

Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Data Collection and Coordinating with the sales team.

Documentation and communication

Fix meetings, follow ups and after sales support.

Assist in marketing campaigns.

Assisting the sales team, managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.

Prepare and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

Respond to queries in a calm and friendly manner.

Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

Should be able to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

Previous experience in Software company is an added advantage.

• Highly organized in your approach.
• Energetic and team player.
• Microsoft office advance knowledge is MUST.
• Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing process.
• Excellent and professional in written and verbal communication.
• Should have knowledge of in both inside and outside sales cycles.
• Professional, self-motivated, confident and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

Good communication and negotiation skills to generate business opportunities and appointments.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office is MUST.

Customer service oriented and relationship-building skills.

Ability to achieve target and work under pressure.

Good telephone etiquette and should be able to work as part of a team.

Generate leads and handle inbound and outbound calls.

2 to 3 years' experience in the relevant field.
