We are a leading Commercial Fit-Out company in Dubai, looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales Representative to drive business development and secure commercial projects, particularly within malls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial fit-out industry and an extensive network of industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure commercial fit-out projects, with a focus on opportunities within malls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, property managers, and key decision-makers.
• Present and pitch our commercial fit-out services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful project acquisition.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the commercial fit-out industry.
• Strong network of contacts in the commercial real estate and fit-out sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
