Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing Support:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales reports and track KPIs.
Content Creation & Social Media:
Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, and posts.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
Track and report on digital marketing performance.
Document Control & Administration:
Maintain proper documentation and version control for all marketing and sales files.
Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of important documents (contracts, proposals, client files).
Maintain records of correspondence, proposals, and client documentation.
Excel & Database Management:
Create and update spreadsheets, sales trackers, and marketing dashboards.
Manage client and prospect databases; ensure data is current and organized.
Analyze data and prepare regular reports and summaries.
General Admin Support:
Schedule meetings, handle email correspondence, and coordinate with internal teams.
Support event coordination and client meetings.
Assist in budget tracking and administrative reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with social media platforms and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
