Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service and have a proven track record of managing client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of our IT hardware products, including servers, workstations, and other related hardware. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new customers, achieving KPI's and expanding existing accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including IT managers, procurement officers, and decision-makers in organizations across various industries. Present, demonstrate, and promote IT hardware products to potential clients, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions. Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with the company's goals and product roadmap. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market. Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing long-term contracts. Manage product pricing, margin targets, and contractual terms to ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline to senior management. Stay updated on the latest developments in IT hardware products, trends, and technologies to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:

5 to 8 years proven experience as an IT Sales Manager or similar role in selling IT hardware products. In-depth knowledge of IT hardware products. Strong understanding of the IT hardware industry, market trends, and customer requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to different industries and customer segments. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Arabic Speaker (Preferred) Bachelor Diploma and further education or certification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
