Position Overview: Our real estate company is hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and training our sales team, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and supervise a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue generation for the company.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Create and implement effective sales plans and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze sales activities against goals and adjusting plans and strategies as necessary.
Develop new sales opportunities in targeted markets.
Implement sales programs and promotions, providing product and service training to team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the properties managed by the company.
Ensure all sales team members follow the company\'s policies and procedures, meeting all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales or relevant sales positions, with at least 3 years of experience as a sales manager.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in sales success.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
