Scope of Work & Responsibilities
• Conducting product & concerned market research regularly(NON FERROUS).
• Sourcing new customers in the form of individuals, companies, factories & corporates.
• Negotiating prices, contracts & other commercial terms to the best of ability.
• Going of stock inspection as when needed.
• Understanding business needs & engaging with stakeholders to meet their priorities and requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Ensuring fulfillment of contracts and on time deliveries.
• Support and assist line managers as and when required.
• Attending training for self-growth and product knowledge enhancement.
• Adhering to SOPs of the organization.
• Looking for good experience and knowledge in Non-Ferrous metals.
• Good market knowledge and LME and hedging understanding.
Requirement
• Excellent knowledge of Metal Scrap industry.
• Performing global market survey.
• Maintaining relationship with customers.
• Participation in tenders and attending negotiation meetings.
• Ready to travel and ensuring Sales/Purchase growth.
Qualifications
• 08-12 years of experience in relevant field ( Metal Scrap and trading) .
• MBA / bachelor's degree in Sales or Business-related field.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Flexible to work.
• Working Knowledge of SAP/MS office
