Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market. This role involves leading a team of real estate agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and achieve team targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Market Analysis : Stay abreast of current market conditions, property values, and competitive landscape in Dubai. Utilize this knowledge to guide the team and make informed decisions.
• Operational Efficiency : Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including sales figures, team performance, and market insights.
• Recruitment and Onboarding : Assist in the recruitment of new team members and oversee their onboarding process to ensure they are integrated effectively into the team.

Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
