Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join ENG Properties, with a focus on property development and real estate brokerage. The Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role will be key in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and delivering sales targets for both our development projects and brokerage services.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for ENG Properties' real estate projects and brokerage services.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and devise competitive sales approaches.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, providing insights into market performance and sales pipelines.

Business Development:

• Actively pursue new sales leads and potential clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and participation in property exhibitions and events.
• Build strong relationships with real estate investors, property buyers, and key industry stakeholders to grow the business.
• Oversee and manage the sales lifecycle, from initial client interaction to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and client-focused experience.
• Identify emerging market trends and sectors to tap into new opportunities for property development and real estate investments.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners by providing tailored real estate solutions and maintaining regular communication.
• Understand clients' property investment goals and provide expert guidance on suitable properties and projects, ensuring ENG Properties delivers on expectations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups, smooth transaction processes, and a personalized approach to client service.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets across various property development and brokerage offerings.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance and help them grow professionally.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture, encouraging teamwork and innovation within the department.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with real estate trends, property prices, and industry regulations, allowing for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze sales data and client feedback to improve future sales strategies and provide actionable insights to the management team.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and legal requirements in the UAE property market to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A real estate certification or professional qualification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales or property development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Real Estate Expertise: In-depth knowledge of property development, real estate brokerage, and the UAE real estate market, including regulations and industry practices.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales techniques, client negotiation, and closing deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients, partners, and team members.
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CRM systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
