  • Hiring and managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
  • Establish clear team objectives.
  • Control the day-to-day sales operations.
  • Handling paperwork from presentations purchase agreements, closing statements to contracts.
  • Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets.
  • Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area.
  • Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Plan meetings, presentations, company briefings, orientation, and site visits.
  • Meeting with clients and advising them on the best property investment recommendations
  • Determine the client's requirements and financial capabilities.
  • Negotiate the best payment scheme for the client.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years experience in Real Estate in UAE Market
  • Strong Management Skills
  • Experience in planning & implementing Sales Strategies
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Highly presentable
  • Owning a Driving License and personal car is preferable
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Real Estate: 5 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
  • real estate agent: 1 year (Preferred)
