Position: Sales Manager - Personal Loan Sales (Retail Banking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the personal loan sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management within the retail banking sector, specifically in personal loan sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
