•We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base. This role requires strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.•
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive product innovation and market expansion.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration , Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management (minimum 5 years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Deep understanding of sales techniques and principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Driving license: REQUIRED
• Fluent in English
