Acube Industries, the joinery and fit out division of Acube Real Estate Development, is looking for a skilled Sales Manager to drive sales of our custom-made furniture, fittings, joinery products and fit out works. The Sales Manager will be responsible for set sales targets to increase market share and build relationships with potential clients, including contractors, interior designers, and developers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales within the joinery and fit out industry and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Gain a deep understanding of our wood joinery products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, highlighting the value and quality of our products.
Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing relationships with contractors, developers, interior designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering superior customer service and ensuring satisfaction with the products delivered.
Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met in terms of quality, timelines, and customization.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the woodwork, joinery, furniture industry and fit out works.
• Mandatory minimum 2 years' experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of woodwork materials, furniture manufacturing, and custom joinery products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
