Hiring for our client based in Dubai - \xe2\x80\x9c Sales Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Veterinary Medicine \xe2\x80\x9c :

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensures strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Contribute to the objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Executives
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Create a motivating environment for the team and provide developmental assistance needed to achieve their targets and progress
