- Identify, develop, and qualify Enterprise Software / Solution sales opportunities with focus of meeting revenue targets in a timely, reliable, and consistent manner.
- Creating/advancing/executing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Complete ownership of Sales Cycle
- Work to build an adequate sales pipeline and drive the rigors of pipeline management.
- Strong presentation skills: Showing the value, capabilities, and differentiators of complex service solutions using methodologies and service offerings.
- Work closely with marketing to design and implement the organizations sales strategy.
- Owning and exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals, gathering the needs.
- Giving company presentations/software demo to the potential clients.
- Ensure sales opportunities are successfully managed through the sales process to the 100% Close/Deploy stage.
