Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships
Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and events to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving sales and business objectives
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals
