In your new role as a Sales Manager in Gas Services you will position Siemens Energy as the best service provider in the Gas Services market
As a front face for Siemens Energy, you will develop strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, enhance market transparency and increase customer satisfaction
You will implement sales strategies defined by the sales team and the management, have a self-motivated drive to enhance customer satisfaction and to reach the sales targets.
As the sales manager for several customers, you will understand decision makers at all levels of the customers' organization.
You will support new business models, decarbonization and digital solutions applicable to rotating equipment and the power plant.
In all your dealings you will work in line with the Company's compliance and business conduct policies
You will lead Customer negotiations and be responsible for the internal Limits of Authority process
You will lead the sales project team, and you will be measured against Order Entry and profit targets
What You Bring
You have an Engineering degree or a similar qualification
You can work in an international environment, you have excellent communication skills and speak English and Arabic
You can understand customer requirements and can communicate these effectively within the Siemens Energy organization
You have good negotiation skills with the ability to manage internal and external stake holders positively
