With the continuous business growth and expansion of Connor and its clients, we are looking for a Sales Manager to help us further build our capabilities and manage global client projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Generate revenue by identification of new pipeline opportunities, and sales of incremental value-added services including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Create, manage, and deliver on quarterly and annual global sales plan, including market analysis, target setting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Willing to travel (Domestically as well as Internationally)
Should have a solid understanding of Services business, the Middle East market.
Manage the sales process through KPIs and aggressive reporting (Dashboard Monitoring, data analytics, and sales tracker)
Work closely with internal teams, besides partners wherever required.
Work closely with other business teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and demand generation programs.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Experience, Skills, and Characteristics
Overall 8-10 years experience with 5+ Years in direct sales experience
Personality Traits:
Creativity to 'think outside the box' and develop new ideas while being able to follow through and put them into practice.
Confident to deal with Business Owners, CXOs - are able to properly articulate the value proposition not just survive but lead the negotiation cycles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
