We are seeking an experienced and motivated Slimming Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our slimming and wellness center. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-driven, and passionate about the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Revenue Growth :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for growth, including new markets, partnerships, or service enhancements.
• Track and analyze sales performance, generating reports to assess progress toward goals.
• Customer Engagement and Retention :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored slimming or wellness programs.
• Manage customer feedback and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging repeat business.
• Team Management and Development :
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of slimming consultants and sales representatives.
• Set individual and team goals, providing support and motivation to meet these targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Marketing and Promotions :
• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, both in-house and online.
• Identify effective channels for lead generation and follow up with potential clients.
• Participate in community events, trade shows, or health fairs to increase brand visibility.
• Operational Management :
• Oversee daily operations of the slimming center, ensuring high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, including client data, sales transactions, and inventory.
• Ensure the team adheres to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the wellness, fitness, or health industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of health, wellness, or slimming products and services is a plus.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
