Vacancy: Sales Manager - Skylight Studio The Sales Manager\'s main role is to direct the actual movement of products or services to the customer, coordinating sales by setting quotas and goals. Also, establish training programs for sales personnel and analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential, inventory requirements, and monitor customer preferences. Additionally, this position involves creating the marketing budget and executing marketing activities. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will personally interact with customers, salespeople, and services to maximize sales for Skylight Studio. Our studio can handle photo and video shoots of any complexity, including jewelry, fashion, music clips, corporate films, and commercial advertising, among others. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Manage and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Experience working in an advertising or media agency is highly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to travel as needed.
