Vacancy: Sales Manager - Skylight Studio The Sales Manager\'s main role is to direct the actual movement of products or services to the customer, coordinating sales by setting quotas and goals. Also, establish training programs for sales personnel and analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential, and inventory requirements, and monitor customer preferences. Additionally, this position involves creating the marketing budget and executing marketing activities. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will personally interact with customers, salespeople, and services to maximize sales for Skylight Studio. About Skylight Studio Pay Team: Skylight Studio L.L.C is a major production company with over 10 years of experience working with leading world brands and magazines. We achieve results that can exceed all expectations by approaching each project individually with knowledge and a clear understanding of our work. Our studio can handle photo and video shoots of any complexity, including jewelry, fashion, music clips, corporate films, and commercial advertising, among others. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Determine price schedules and discount rates
- Develop and implement the marketing plan, including websites, mobile sites, and social media marketing
- Track marketing and sales results
- Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise them on types of equipment to purchase
- Train and motivate salespeople
- Assist salespeople in closing sales
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales products, services, or other subjects of sale
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales
- Represent the company at various retail venues to promote products
- Attend sales and trade meetings and read related publications to obtain current market condition information, business trends, and industry development
- Fluency in Arabic and English required
- High school diploma or equivalent with a Bachelor\'s degree preferred
- 3+ years of selling experience
- Ability to represent Skylight Studio positively in the community with successful sales results
- Ability to represent Skylight Studio in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff, and the public
- Complete understanding of all required paperwork and ensuring it is completed and dispatched to the correct department
- Work 6 days a week from 10:00 to 20:00.
