Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Signage & Outdoor Media Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of signage solutions, outdoor media advertising, and market trends to expand the company's reach and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for signage and outdoor media solutions.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.

Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and advertising agencies.

Offer customized signage and outdoor media solutions based on client objectives.

Ensure exceptional service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

Identify and target new business opportunities across diverse industries.

Conduct market research to expand into untapped sectors and locations.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Provide training on outdoor media solutions, sales techniques, and market trends.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in signage and outdoor media sales. (Required) Strong understanding of outdoor advertising principles, signage solutions, and market dynamics. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and outdoor advertising landscape.

Pay: AED12,500.00 - AED22,500.00 per month
