We, Millia Cosmetics Group, are looking for E-Commerce Specialist
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify business opportunities and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, strategic thinker, and an expert in sales processes, with the ability to foster customer relationships and motivate a team toward success.
Will be based in Sharjah Head Office.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business growth.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring effective use of CRM systems and sales tools.
• Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and increase conversion rates.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to evaluate sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales analytics.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
