Job Description

- Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in line with market trends and organizational objectives.

Analyze and assess local real estate trends and market conditions to identify business growth opportunities.

- Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales, setting individual sales targets and ensuring the team meets collective goals.

Conduct training sessions to improve the team's understanding of market strategies, customer relation tools, and sales techniques.

- Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Oversee client interactions to ensure the highest levels of service, responding to inquiries and managing client expectations throughout the sales process.

- Market Research & Analysis

Conduct competitive market research to keep abreast of competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, and service standards.

Identify and report on emerging trends that could affect the company's market share, and propose strategies to address these.

- Sales Operations Management

Oversee the sales operations, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer follow-up, and pipeline management.

Ensure all sales activities are recorded in the system, providing accurate reporting and sales forecasts for senior management.

- Coordination with Other Departments

Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and compliance with UAE regulations.

- Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and present sales reports, analyses, and forecasts to the senior management team.

Ensure compliance with UAE's real estate regulations and industry standards, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) policies.

- Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and RERA guidelines.

- Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (a master's degree is a plus).

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.
