AST Smart Sustainable Technology (AST) are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who have a proven background in ELV systems and project sales, with a strong ability to build client relationships and drive business growth. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process--from lead generation to project execution--while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction throughout.

What you'll be doing:
Opportunity Identification: Proactively discover and pursue new business prospects within the ELV sector.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
Proposal Preparation and Presentation: Develop and deliver customized proposals to clients, ensuring they align with client needs and budget limitations.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to evaluate project feasibility and ensure successful execution.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee timely and within-scope delivery.
Market Research: Regularly perform market research to remain informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Networking: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's brand and services.
Reporting: Regularly provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, monitoring progress toward targets.
What we're looking for:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of sales management experience, ideally within the ELV or technology sector.
ELV Expertise: Strong understanding of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, automated barriers, and data networking solutions.
Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
