Established Food Manufacturing and Distribution company from UAE, we process Olive Oil, manufacture Tahina & Halawa from white Sesme seeds and soon to launch Plant- based Milk & Beverage.The objective of this role is to efficiently and independently build and execute a strategy to target and build new businesses in the strategic SE Asian Markets. Based in UAE- Sharjah the incumbent will be developing new business from multiple effective channels including but not limited to Wholesale, Export Sales, Retail, and HORECA in the given strategic markets. Hold a solution-based mindset to approach and effectively build the business.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
Develop strategies and business plans to grow market share for our product lines and ensure its effective execution.
Focus on developing new business for the identified and agreed markets are channels.
Develop and execute strategies to improve top-line Sales and bottom-line margins by targeting and building new business in all channels.
Plan and execute effective strategies to improve sales of slow-moving items.
Execute branding activities as per the market/channel requirements. Actively engage in identifying and participating in critical exhibitions.
Be a subject matter expert for Trade and Export laws and regulations of assigned markets.
Manage day-to-day operational execution as per customer requirements by effectively planning and partnering with critical internal stakeholders in Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Development Centers.
Deal with customer feedback and grievances on time by communicating effectively with critical business stakeholders and management.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders at appropriate levels to ensure a smooth flow of transactions.
Develop and present relevant periodic operational reports as agreed with the Manager
Proactively work on data and information to analyze and present business, market, and competition insights and provide solutions where necessary in a timely and efficient manner.
Assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, and scope of new product development, and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e., market information report, market threats, and competitors initiatives, etc. to further increase sales volume, market share, and profitability.
Ideal Profile
Must have relevant educational qualification from reputed university.
Proven Experienmce and success in selling MIlk, Plant based Milk, Benerage, Juices are other similar Food products with-in Indonesia or other critical SE Asian Markets.
Skills and experience to assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, and scope of new product development, and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e., market information report, market threats, and competitors initiatives, etc. to further increase sales volume, market share, and profitabilit.
Proactively work on data and information to analyze and present business, market, and competition insights and provide solutions where necessary in a timely and efficient manner.
