•Sales Manager (Seafood Industry) : •
We are seeking experienced Sales Manager for overseeing all aspects of sales operations within the designated team focused on serving clients in the hospitality and foodservice industries. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
•Key Responsibilities : •
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the HORECA sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
• Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and objectives for team members and monitor their progress.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and training.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans tailored to the HORECA segment to maximize revenue and market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality and foodservice industries, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and other relevant establishments.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues and concerns, and facilitate resolution in a timely manner.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and sales collateral to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products/services and expand the company's presence in the market.
• Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM utilization.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and analyses for management review, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and procedures, and implement improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, customer service, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Provide input and feedback on product/service offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities based on market insights and customer feedback.
•Qualifications and Skills: •
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in Sea food / Meat industry is a must.
• Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the HORECA industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

The salary package is flexible and will be determined based on the candidate's expertise, experience, and overall fit for the position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
