Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager and Sales Executives to drive sales in our Electronics and Home Appliances Distribution division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the electronics and home appliances market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Set sales targets and performance goals.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and partners.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Operations:
• Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the electronics and home appliances industry.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
