About the Role:
As a Sales Manager at EquaTalent, you will be instrumental in driving our sales growth. You will develop strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to ensure targets are met. Your contributions will shape our sales strategies and significantly impact the company's success.
Responsibilities:
? Identify and generate potential leads using LinkedIn and other platforms.
? Reach out to leads and invite them for a demo call to learn more about ourproduct.
? Schedule and conduct tailored demo calls to showcase the product's value.
? Encourage leads to start their trial and identify opportunities for potentialcollaboration.
? Maintain proactive communication with clients to foster strong relationships.
? Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
? Develop and implement effective sales plans.
