This role is pivotal in expanding RemotePass's footprint across our core markets, driving the adoption of our platform among companies seeking distributed team management and remote work solutions. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, generating new business, meeting their targets and contributing to high-growth goals. This role requires a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRTech or FinTech.Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, manage, and mentor a team of 10-15 high-performing Account Executives across multiple regions.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with SMEs, mid-market and enterprise clients. Own and drive pipeline generation, deal closure, and revenue targets.
Optimize and implement sales methodologies to enhance conversion rates.
Set KPIs, track team performance, and implement structured coaching.
Provide data-driven insights to refine our GTM strategy, optimize sales motions, and improve efficiency as we scale.
Work closely with SDRs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve sales processes, collaboration, lead quality and pipeline efficiency.
Analyze sales performance data and optimize processes to improve conversion rates, deal cycles, and revenue. Provide regular performance reports to senior management. Monitor sales data, generate insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 2 years managing AEs
Relevant industry experience, ideally within HRTech, FinTech, or a similar high-growth, scale-up tech environment.
Proven experience in exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue.
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and forecasting techniques.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a sales team in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
Strong ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for presenting complex solutions concisely and persuasively.
