Expert Edge Real Estate is a real estate firm near Business Bay , Dubai. We are dedicated to exceptional client service and success in the fast-paced Dubai property market. We're currently hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team.

Position: Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Highlights:

• Languages Required: Fluent in Malayalam and English
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in real estate
• Market Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including regulations; off-plan property sales experience is a plus
• Location: Near Business Bay Metro Station, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
• Guide clients and agents in property transactions, ensuring optimal results
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property transactions and team management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, with strong communication abilities
