Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a high-performance real estate sales team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with organizational targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales growth in alignment with the evolving trends and demands of the Dubai real estate market.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales agents, ensuring a strong and capable team equipped to excel in the Dubai real estate sector.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to formulate effective sales strategies and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
• Foster strong relationships with developers, property owners, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company's position in the Dubai real estate market.
• Provide guidance and support to sales agents, offering insights into effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and client relationship management.
• Review and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations in the Dubai real estate sector.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly assessing team performance and taking corrective actions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; real estate certification preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of successful leadership in the Dubai market.
• Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate regulations, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of motivating and developing successful sales teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
• This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commission, providing an opportunity for substantial earnings based on individual and team performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
