Duties and Responsibilities
• Hire and train real estate agents
• Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Source new leads for your agents
• Provide support on complex sales
• Implement team-wide sales strategies
• Building and Maintain Client Relationship, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service
• Managing the sales pipeline: ensuring that the leads are followed up and that opportunities are converted into sales
• The Sales Manager analyzes sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
• Collabrating with other departments: The Sales Manager works closely with other departments to ensure the sales objectives are aligned with overall goals of the company
• Staying Up-to-date with market trends, industry development, and competitor activity and using this information to inform sales strategies
• Reporting to Senior Management: The Sales Manager provides regular reports to Senior Management on sales performance, market trends and other relevant information.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business
• Active real estate license
• Several years of real estate experience
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong leadership skills

Pay: AED80,000.00 - AED300,000.00 per year
