Duties and Responsibilities
Hire and train real estate agents
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Source new leads for your agents
Provide support on complex sales
Implement team-wide sales strategies
Building and Maintain Client Relationship, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service
Managing the sales pipeline: ensuring that the leads are followed up and that opportunities are converted into sales
The Sales Manager analyzes sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
Collabrating with other departments: The Sales Manager works closely with other departments to ensure the sales objectives are aligned with overall goals of the company
Staying Up-to-date with market trends, industry development, and competitor activity and using this information to inform sales strategies
Reporting to Senior Management: The Sales Manager provides regular reports to Senior Management on sales performance, market trends and other relevant information.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in business
Active real estate license
Several years of real estate experience
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong leadership skills
