Job Description

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, or a background in sales with a strong interest in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market conditions and trends (preferred) or a basic understanding of real estate concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with current market conditions, property trends, and legal regulations.
  • Present properties to potential buyers and renters in a compelling and informative manner.
  • Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including property viewings, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team targets and objectives.
  • Utilize various marketing tools and platforms to promote property listings.
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and client interactions.
