We are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and off-plan sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing a team, and hitting sales targets. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate agents
• Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including off-plan and secondary market
• Set sales targets and ensure the team meets and exceeds them
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to sales agents
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Stay updated on market trends and new project launches

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan projects
• Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• RERA certification is an advantage
• UAE Driving License is a must
