We seek a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Property Manager (preferably with a developer experience) to join our team at AYS Developers, a leading real estate developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a strong focus on residential and commercial property sales. This role involves working closely with our developer to market and sell properties to clients both locally within the UAE and internationally, with a specific focus on High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs).
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Client Management:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
• Manage and expand a robust client database, focusing on HNIs and NRIs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized property solutions.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
• Market Knowledge & Analysis:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough market research and analysis.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Event Management & Participation:
• Plan, organize, and participate in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and events primarily in India and other countries with significant Asian populations.
• Represent the company at various events, showcasing our properties and engaging with potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event materials and promotional content.
• Networking & Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders within the UAE and international markets.
• Leverage existing contacts and relationships to drive sales and generate new leads.
• Administrative & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on property sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-profile clients.
• Extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and a strong understanding of market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and event management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel frequently to India and other countries for events and client meetings.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with real estate developers in the UAE.
• Existing network and client base of HNIs and NRIs.
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies for real estate properties.
• Multilingual skills, especially in English and Hindi, are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
