• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Set sales goals for the team, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and tools needed to succeed.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review sales performance, share updates, and address challenges.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of engagement.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Act as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, assisting them with property inquiries, site visits, and negotiations.
• Address client concerns and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Sales Process Management:
• Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Coordinate property showings, site visits, and follow-up meetings with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through various channels.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

Pay: From AED12,345.00 per month
