Responsibilities
•Capable to manage a sales team:•
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales agents.
• Set sales targets and goals for the team.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of sales agents.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training.
•Able to formulate a sales strategy development:•
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify and target potential markets and clients.
•Can build a good client relationship management:•
• Maintain and build relationships with key clients.
• Handle complex negotiations and closing deals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Facilitate in marketing and promotions:•
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Organize open houses, property tours, and other marketing events.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
•Can provide these admin duties:•
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
• Manage budgets and financial aspects of the sales department.
Skills and Qualifications
•Educational Background:•
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferably).
•Experience:•
• Proven 2-year experience as a real estate manager.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
•Skills:•
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Certifications:
RERA Broker's Card (required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
