We are actively seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our expanding Sales and Leasing Team at Noor Seddiqi - Real Estate Brokerage. With an enticing rewards program, this

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate new property listings and engage potential buyers or tenants across various platforms.
• Facilitate leasing or selling transactions by interacting with property owners.
• Identify and register new landlords/sellers through cold calling and inquiries.
• Conduct property viewings, register clients, and match them with suitable properties.
• Promote the brokerage through networking, marketing efforts, and provision of real estate services.
• Offer clients information on legal guidelines, rates, property specifications, and availability.
• Negotiate agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Draft sales and purchase contracts, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate.
• RERA Qualification is mandatory.
• Valid driving license required.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a diverse environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge exchange.

• Positive demeanor with strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
