Mamari Estates is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Palm Jumeirah - Dubai.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of real estate agents, driving sales performance, and achieving targets. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our real estate and work with our clients and expert agents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
• Build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele and industry professionals
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns
• Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Results-driven and goal-oriented
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, Google Drive
• RERA Broker Card

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
