Innova Real Estate is seeking an Enthusiastic Sales Manager to join on urgent basis :

Performance Based Job.

• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Learn the company's products and services offerings, features, and pricing.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure collaboration.
• Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives.
• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Commitment to providing excellent, honest, and sincere customer service.
• Advising buyers and sellers on current market patterns.
• Good at establishing and maintaining business relationships and networking.
• Determine the client's wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs.
• Stay current on real estate market patterns, conditions, and values.
• Respect real estate laws and have a thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol.
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience as a sales manager is preferred.
• Proven organizational and planning ability.
• Team handling and training experience is mandate
• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• UAE Drivers License
• RERA License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
