We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join the team in the ready mix concrete industry in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the construction sector, specifically in ready mix concrete, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving business targets in the region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the ready mix concrete market in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in the construction sector, including contractors, developers, and project managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat business. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to senior management. Project Coordination: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of ready mix concrete to clients. Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Product Knowledge & Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the ready mix concrete industry and provide product training and support to the sales team. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and product offerings. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the ready mix concrete or construction industry in the UAE, with a strong network in Abu Dhabi. Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the ready mix concrete industry, market dynamics, and construction processes in the UAE. Education: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Languages: Proficiency in Arabic & English is required. Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Personal Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
