Are you a motivated sales professional ready to lead and grow in the printing and advertising industry? We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead a dynamic sales team, and manage client relationships across our range of services, including large format printing, signage, banners, POS displays, acrylic works, and 3D printing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for printing and advertising services.
• Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and offerings accordingly.
• Ensure the team adheres to company policies, processes, and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the printing or advertising industry, with leadership skills preferred.
• Knowledge of printing processes and services, including large format printing and 3D printing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player.

Compensation:

• AED 3,000 - AED 5,000 per month (based on experience) + commission
