Job Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesI\'m currently supporting an amazing restaurant group, in Abu Dhabi, with their search for a Sales Manager.The group have an amazing portfolio of venues, across the UAE, and they specialise predominantly within Middle Eastern cuisine.This will be more of an IC role, and you\'ll be reporting directly into the Managing Director and/or COO.Although the group have a hugely successful restaurant business, they do also provide a frozen food offering too (think kibbehs, samosas, vine leaves etc.) - so this person will be tasked with selling these items into supermarkets, hotels etc. so it's pivotal that this person is based in the UAE already and comes with their own blackbook of contacts and a strong professional network.Candidates must have a valid driving license, and Arabic speaking is certainly preferred.Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
