Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team goals.Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to drive store traffic and sales.Product Knowledge and Presentation: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the outdoor furniture product range and stay informed about new product launches.Ensure that the showroom is well-presented, with attractive displays that highlight the features and benefits of our products.Provide training to the sales team on product features, sales techniques, and customer engagement.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and visual merchandising.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports related to sales activities. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer preferences.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
