As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in the outdoor advertising vertical in Dubai. Your key responsibilities will include proactively engaging with clients, contributing to revenue generation efforts, and supporting the seamless execution of advertising and signage solutions for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and assess individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure advertising contracts.
Possess a deep understanding of the company\'s product and service offerings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in outdoor advertising.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
