Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our efforts across multiple product lines, including lubricant oils, used engine oils, furnace oils, and biodiesel . The Sales Manager will drive business growth through strategic market development, client management, and innovative sales strategies. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the effective promotion of environmentally sustainable recycling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Business Development:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for lubricant oils, used engine oils, furnace oils, biodiesel, and other product lines.
• Identify and penetrate new markets to expand the company's footprint in industrial, automotive, marine, and energy sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Manage relationships with existing clients and foster partnerships to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
• Provide technical insights to clients on product applications, particularly in industries reliant on lubrication, heating oils, and biodiesel.
• Market Research & Product Knowledge:
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments across the following domains:
• Lubricant Oils: Industrial-grade oils for various machinery and equipment.
• Used Engine Oil: Regeneration and resale of used oils from automobiles, heavy equipment, and machines.
• Furnace Oil: Clean-burning commercial heating solutions.
• Residue Oil: Management and recycling of naturally occurring residue oils.
• Marine Oil: Specialized oils to enhance wear protection for marine equipment.
• Fuel Oil: Industrial fuel for central heating and manufacturing applications.
• Biodiesel: Renewable energy source derived from animal fats and vegetable oils.
• Lubricating Grease: Equipment maintenance through superior wear and corrosion protection.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product development, to align sales goals with business objectives.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or oil recycling sectors.
• Strong knowledge of lubricants, oils, and recycling practices.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
