Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager - Off-Plan (Preferably Female Candidate)

to lead our sales team and drive the success of our off-plan property projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the off-plan market, and a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for off-plan projects. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate developments. Ensure maximum exposure of projects through various sales channels and marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership & Management:



Train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and motivation to team members to enhance performance. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide clients with accurate information about off-plan projects, payment plans, and legal documentation. Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.

Sales Operations & Reporting:



Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and present weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of

3-5 years

of experience in off-plan real estate sales, with at least

2 years

in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, RERA regulations, and investment trends. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams. Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
