Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager - Off Plan at Sobha Realty in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to off-plan sales, including managing leads, conducting customer presentations, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams. The Sales Manager will work closely with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
• Experience in off-plan sales
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proactive and results-driven
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work long hours and achieve sales targets
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate
• Languages known - Arabic-French, English, Russian, Chinese, German, European
• Driving License
• Salary : AED 12,000.00 per month + Commissions + Incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
